Now that’s more like it! I’m not sure that the cockroach equals the weeding… whatever works. I’m glad you like each other and get along. And we have been thinking you needed time to be with just each other – that’s why we haven’t visited you yet! Really, we’re going to get there soon, and we won’t stay too long. Big O might be able to take of that roach for you. And the other 2 can destroy your flower beds so you don’t have to weed anymore. I can’t wait for your next phase… this one is cracking me up and it’s just the 2 of you.

Welcome to wedded bliss. John and I were exactly the same way when we first got married. We still are like that when we can, 3 kids makes it a little more difficult, but when he coaches soccer, I bring the boys who aren’t playing just so we can be there. Most people think I am crazy, I just smile because I certainly am… in a way. I am glad to hear you are so happy.

We never really got to experience that stage in our marriage but after you have kids you learn to appreciate more the time you do get with each other. I guess it turns into quality versus quantity of time together. (Not to say that your time together now isnt quality time) But between work, school, and two kids we seem to be seperated quite a bit- but we do find time for each other and enjoy every minute of it even if its just chatting about our day, reading and praying together before bed. So treasure this time you have with each other! And its not unhealthy

*Sigh* The honeymoon period – it is lovely!

And you’re right, this time when you’re glued to each other will be a great foundation for the future when kids, callings, work, etc., get in the way. You’ll make more effort to get back to this stage.
